Can't import this file

    Hi Joyce,

    this message comes from the ‘WordPress Importer’ plugin and is displayed when the importer cannot find/access the uploaded file. I suspect a folder/file permission issue in the wp-content/uploads folder on the server.

    Please make sure that WordPress has read/write access to it’s folders/files by following the Permission Scheme for WordPress and check the permissions on the server. If you have SSH access read this.

    Let me know if this fixes the issue.
