  • Hi there 🙂

    I created different CSV files on my own & also exported products from the same page. When I import it, I try to fillout every id, so that no one is left on “unmapped”

    But whatever I try, the products appear under “All(38)” as a number, but they dont exist. Could you tell me what I do wrong, or how to do it, I really need the plugin!

    Could you show me screenshots of how you mapped the fields and also what your CSV looks like?

    Try changing the column separator to a ; instead of a ,.

    Hi thanks, for that, but it’s not working, I think “,” works better, because at least when importing, it can identify the fields correctly.

    I was wondering what should be assigned to post_id.

    Well would it be possible to get a simple csv with minimum fields from you that work? I tested simple version (with price and name only) but it does not import anything.

    Hi there,

    I have a similar problem and also no solution to that:

    – nearly 2 identical websites
    – export seems to be ok
    – import says that the files are not found
    This is strange as the path to the files are more or less the same with the same location at the servers…

    Sorry for the delay.

    @designcat Does your site use object caching? Any caching plugins at all? If so, deactivate them and then try again.

    @conner2k Your issue is very different. Could you please open your own ticket?
