 * Hi everyone,
 * One of my clients installed a plugin (I can’t figure out which one) that created
   2 icons for Whatsapp and FB Messenger in the site (at the bottom left corner
   of the navigator). I’ve looked over the plugins page but I’m unable to find out
   which plugin I need to uninstall to remove those icons.
 * Can you recognize which plugin is that?
 * Thanks a lot!
 * The page I need help with: _[[log in](https://login.wordpress.org/?redirect_to=https%3A%2F%2Fwordpress.org%2Fsupport%2Ftopic%2Fcant-identify-a-plugin%2F%3Foutput_format%3Dmd&locale=en_US)
   to see the link]_

 * I looked at your page’s source, but it wasn’t obvious which plugin is displaying
   these buttons.
 * You could simply disable the plugins one after the other until the buttons disappear.
 * You may use this the “Health Check” plugin to prevent impact on users (Plugins
   will be disabled ONLY for your admin account… everything will remain enabled
   for normal website visitors):

 * Thanks [@gappiah](https://wordpress.org/support/users/gappiah/) I’ll wait for
   some other answers to see if some can identify it. If not, i’m gonna try the
   plugin you mention.
 * Thanks a lot!

 * Are you sure it isn’t a widget or a feature of the theme you’re using?

 * Hi [@jnashhawkins](https://wordpress.org/support/users/jnashhawkins/),
 * It’s not a widget (I already checked) and it’s not a feature of the theme. I
   installed the theme 8 months ago and those icons appeared 1 month ago. But my
   client it’s not sure what does he did to show the icons.
 * Thanks!
