Just released version 2.0 which fixes the error.
The new release doesn’t fixe the problem ! The same error message appears.
I’am using now “Smart Currency Converter for Woocommerce”. Still few things to check but the plugin does exactly what I was looking for. Don’t know if yours expected to do a similar job…

It just works for me with WooCommerce 2.3.13, what version are you using?
Thanks for sharing the other plugin name and from what I can see it offers different functionality than this one.
Mine is just a ‘bridge’ to add currency converter capability to table rate shipping.
One first needs both WooCommerce Table Rate Shipping (http://www.woothemes.com/products/table-rate-shipping/) and WooCommerce Currency Converter Widget (http://www.woothemes.com/products/currency-converter-widget/) in order to benefit from this plugin.
Anyways, I am glad to know that you found a plugin for your needs.

I’m using the same WooCommerce version as you.
I think the problem coming from the fact I’m using this table rate shipping plugin : https://wordpress.org/plugins/table-rate-shipping-for-woocommerce/
And I’m also not using the Currency Converter Widget you just mentioned ! Sorry for this, I’ve misunderstood the installation process.
