can’t go back to admin

    After logging in as a user, tried to go back to admin by clicking on the “Go back to admin as xxxxxx” but nothing happens, just a white box appears on the screen. Have to click on log out in that user admin and log back in as admin.

    Are there any plugins installed that manage or modify user sessions, such as session keep-alive, user activity tracking, or security extensions? These can sometimes interfere with the “Go back to admin” functionality.

    Also, can you check if you’ve set any value for the “Logout Redirect URL” parameter in the plugin settings? This could affect how the redirection behaves when trying to return to the WordPress admin as an administrator.
