Can't get Watermark to apply to my galleries

I set the options for the watermark under other options, and then I go to my galleries, select the galleries or images (I tried doing whole galleries and also single images) and select set watermark under the drop down menu bulk actions and then click apply. It says it is applying it, but the images on the back end and the galleries on the front end are not showing it. What am I doing wrong?

I have the same problem. Is there some configuration setting that I have to enable for this feature to work?

@chrisconsulting – It could simply be a caching issue, did you clear your image cache under Gallery > Other Options > Miscellaneous? Sometimes it can be a browser cache issue, you may need to check with an anonymous browser window to see the watermarks immediately.

My question is identical to the OP’s. I cleared the image cache, and then the watermark showed up. Thanks!

@jake3_14 – Thanks for the follow-up. Although very similar there could have been any number of mitigating circumstances to make your issue much different although I am glad to read clearing the image cache sorted things out for you.

Now, the font size remains tiny regardless of the font size I choose. I cleared the image cache prior to specifying the new font size. What else do I have to do to see the new font size?
