Can’t get Virtual products to appear in the Facebook Feed | WordPress.org

Topic Title says it all.
Trying to get Concert Tickets to show in the Facebook Product Feed, and can’t figure out how. They are checked “virtual” with the checkbox in the Inventory section. All other products, Music, T-Shirts are all working correctly. Please help. Thanks.

Hi,

Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out. Virtual products should make it to the product feed just fine. We have tried replicating it and used this settings:

Which, I assume, is the same as you are using.

My guess is that it is another setting that is causing the product not to end up in your feed.

Can you send us your debug log as described in our blog post so we understand how you have configured your product feed:

Strange, I have no option for a Software checkbox like yours, or for the “Identifier Exists” field, as shown in this screenshot of my product’s details.
