have you contacted GoDaddy?
I can sign on to WP with my login and passwords, but can’t get to the admin page to do anything
OK, we’ll need two things. First, waht is the full URL of the site that you are trying to sign into that doesn’t work. Second, what’s the RL that you sign into that does work?
Just from that littel bit it sounds like you’re trying to sign into a self-hosted WordPress blog with details from a WordPress.com blog. If that’s the base, that won’t happen. Your own WordPress blog is independant of WordPress.com and they don’t share any information like that.
I’m curious why you are trying to get to the /wp-admin page. You’re trying to make changes via the Dashboard, or via downloading the file via FTP. I don’t think any of the admin pages are accessible via the dashboard, just themes files I think.
Or are you saying you can’t login to the Dashboard?

Wow, thank you all for your responses! This is really wonderful that there are so many people who want to help. I am not a computer expert and I now understand I needed to wait 24 hours after changing my hosting service for the servers to catch up? At any rate, the situation is fixed. Thanks for your efforts!
