    Looks OK from here…clear local browser cache if site changes made…

    That said, looks like your permalinks are improper…try (after clearing local browser cache):

    //http://carlhogue.com/wp-login.php (the // are added to remove the live link)

    And that said, looks like a failed auto-update to me…

    Please backup site files (all) and database first!

    Actually, it looks like one of the URL’s in your general settings has been changed from //carlhogue.com/ -to- //carlhogue.com/?page_id=142

    You can change it back using one of the methods outlined here: Changing The Site URL

    It seems that your wordpress is configured wrongly, no css and js file is loading. You can do re installation of your wordpress and try again.

    @Myntje Hogue

    Have a look at your URL’s before doing anything potentially unnecessary. The source code on your front page seems to imply that your current URL in general settings might be:

    //carlhogue.com/?page_id=142

    Google’s cache of your site as it appeared on Mar 9, 2013 shows the URL in general settings to be:

    //carlhogue.com

    My best guess would be that you may have just made an simple error while trying to change or redirect your sites home page, but if you didn’t recently attempt to change anything in your general settings yourself, then that issue would be the next avenue of exploration.
