I just installed WordPress in order to create a site for a client, this is my first time installing WordPress for this purpose.

Everything seemed to work out fine when installing and I can log into the site, but when I do all that comes up is:

Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /home/content/11/8863111/html/IIP/wordpress/wp-config.php:4) in /home/content/11/8863111/html/IIP/wordpress/wp-login.php on line 362

But I can access the site fine (http://sineadmcelhone.com/IIP/wordpress/), just can't get in to make any changes. Please tell me what I am doing wrong and how I can fix this please!!

I think you need to draw attention to this:
Download the file mentioned in the error message via FTP or the file manager provided in your host's control panel.
Open that file in a plain text editor (NOT MS Word or similar. Notepad or BBEdit are fine).
Check that the very first characters are <?php
Check that the very last characters are ?>
