Can't get this to work :-(

  • I’m trying to get rid of the gradient on the menu bar when IE is used (it displays perfectly on all other browsers). The site is http://www.seychellesholiday.info and you can obviously view the code in any browser. In the absence of any documentation, this is how I’m trying to fix the problem (applicable to all IE):

    <style type=”text/css”>
    .menu {
    background-image: none;
    filter: none;
    }
    </style>

    Unfortunately it doesn’t change anything in IE. Your assistance would be appreciated.
