Can't get this plugin to work! Help!

    I just installed this plugin and would love to donate, but can’t figure out how it works! I copied and pasted the external link demo from WordPress Admin (which works), but it doesn’t work on any of the pages. Here’s what I’m pasting into a page:

    I have Pagelines installed if that makes a difference. It doesn’t work!!!
