Can’t Get Rid of the Password Log In Page

    I have the freeware version of the plug in, and have only used it once.
    Our (government domain) website had a problem this week with some outdated data and I had to take it offline to avoid confusing users. I did that with the password entire site feature, which worked perfectly.
    After two days of work, I used the plug in to remove the password setting, and saved changes, and now it doesn’t work. The form appears on my website pages, even after I de-active, delete and re-install the plug in. A one time use has basically taken my site off the public domain. Nuts. You can enter a wrong password or nothing for a password and get a “postpass” version of the homepage, but to the public, that’s a mystery.
    I’m assuming it is some type of cache issue but I have no clue how to resolve it.

    We can access your pages without having to enter any passwords (see our attached screenshot). So it’s indeed a caching issue.

    Could you please help to clear caches (both site & server level) and see if it helps to resolve the issue?
