Can’t get pop up to actually pop up

    I’m having a variety of issues with this site. Most likely I need to update php, but we don’t have access to hosting yet. Essentially, many of our plugins are malfunctioning, pop up anything on lick included. I set them up with contact form 7 and remade them a few times just in case, but I can’t get it to actually pop up.
