Can't get Player to update after making changes at SoundCloud.com (11 posts)

    I changed the order of songs and edited the title. I saved the set. It's definitely updated.

    But the set presented by the plugin is old. How can I get it to refresh with the updated set?

    Thank you.

    PS: My site is not yet publicly accessible and the set is private. Sorry I can't post it yet.

    Hmm, today it's fine. I guess there is a significant delay in the propagation from the account to the widget. Frustrating.

    Do you think this is due to some kind of caching I cannot identify, or is it something on their website that causes the long delay?

    It's probably their server. Because usually huge sites uses more than one servers or clouds, and the database data needs to be replicated, mirrored, cached, etc.

    OK, thanks. Have you experienced this yourself? For me it's consistent. The first time I set up the set, it's very fast, but changes take a very long time (hour to a day, not sure yet).
