I want to work on a site in Xampp. It became extremely slow at Processing Data Replacement. The creation in Xampp is still slow. I just cancelled the installation after 30 minutes. * btw, the size of the archive file is about 500Mb. It turns out that the database data from a plugin called WP Mail SMTP slowed down the process. No problems anymore after removing their data from the database.
