Can’t get new theme to work

Hi,
I just started with WP, so I’m learning as I go. I’ve uploaded a new theme to my server (via FTP). But I can’t get it to work. It’s listed in the themes manager, but the link to the image is broken.

It’s called; Brown Coffee 101, and I downloaded it from the Worldpress site.
