Can't get my plugin to update in Plugin Directory

It’s been a while since I’ve updated my plugin here: http://wordpress.org/plugins/khmer-numbers-for-the-date-and-time/

But I’ve tried to update it now, but I think I’ve done something wrong. I updated trunk, and then made a new tag release (first 2.0, and then after it didn’t update for a day I made 2.1). Did I do something wrong? Would someone be willing take a look?
