can't get menu to show in header and not showing as multi column

Hello,
as you can see I can see the menu bar in body of homepage – http://181.224.137.59/~cgkindus/but I can’t get it to show in header and I specified for 2 items to appear in one column so I was expecting to see 2 columns in 1 drop down.
