can’t get logged in

I recently changed my blog location from mysite.com/blog to just mysite.com via the control panel. In doing so, I can’t get logged into the wp-admin and the email password says there is no password associated with my account. I know that in my dashboard there is an email address and prior to changing the location, I was able to login fine.

Any ideas on how I can get back in?
