Hello, please answer a few questions to help us diagnose the issue.

    1. Are you experiencing this problem for the first time and could you tell us which version of the plugin are you using ?
    2. Have you tried with other browsers ?
    3. Are you able to perform a product import with a spreadsheet ?

    EWD

    1. Yes, since I haven’t tried it before. 🙂
    2. Yes, I tried with Firefox too.
    3. No, I got the message “There was an error uploading the file, please try again!”. It was an xlsx file. The column names were correct.

    Hi Hannesofie,

Are you able to create files on your host? It sounds like the hosting you’re using might have strict permissions set, which prevents files from being created or moved on your server. Do you have an error log you can send?

No, unfortunately I can’t find any error log anywhere.

Yes, sounds like it might be the host… Too bad, I just have to add them manually, then.

    Thank you anyway! 🙂

    Hello again,
My host asked me to ask you if there is any specific php version needed for this plugin.
(There isn’t any strict permissions, according to them.)

I have also found the error log, but it’s quite a lot of lines – should I paste it here, or email it somewhere?

    Hi Hannesofie,

Could you send it to use by email to Contact@EtoileWebDesign.com? There’s no specific PHP version required that we know of, We’d recommend at least 5.2 or later.
