    Hello,
I have followed your advice on another thread shown below.

    Created global attributes,
Set the markup on the attribute terms,
And then assigned those attributes to the products?
This needs to be done before you set the regular or sale prices because Markup by Attribute uses it to calculate the price of each product variation.

    Steps I followed:
    1. I created a Test Product
    2. WC Attributes – Created a global attribute
    3. Selected that attribute and on the Product page for the attribute, I entered the markup +3, which automatically added $3.00 to the description box as expected.
    4. Went back to the Test Product/Edit and added the new global attribute along with 2 other attributes (size & color)
    5. Went to Variations and selected Create Variations from all Attributes option
    6. I then selected the variation (it only created 1 as expected).
    7. I set the Regular Price as $25
    8. I checked Manage Stock checkbox and added 10 to the stock
    9. Then I saved my changes and clicked Update to update my site.

When I go to the website, I select the product. I then selected the variation of 1 size and 1 color and the global attribute from above and added to cart.

The cart still shows a subtotal of $25 rather than the $28 it should be showing.

I have spent several hours reading posts and watching your video and still not able to get this right. Can you please advise if I am missing any steps? Thank you for your help!

Steps 6 and 7 indicate that you set the price on the (single) variation. Markup by Attribute hooks into the Set Regular Prices function because it assumes you will have many variations, and will set the prices on each one for you. Set Regular Prices and Set Sales Prices will overwrite the prices on all variations and the plugin enhances that function.
