Did you actually click the “add condition” button after selecting the condition (any)?
Do you mean the “Load this box if”… then choose a condition… then hit the “Add rule” button? Then Update the whole thing? Yeah. Did that.
My client is getting very anxious to get this working!
BTW, I have it set to
“Request matches any of the following conditions: everywhere”
“Yes, after 1 seconds on the page”
Triggered = 0
Dismissed = 1
No auto-hide.
Test mode enabled.
I’m having the same issue where only one box is showing up on the homepage even though I set up two boxes. Nothing I’m doing seems to help. Any thoughts? http://www.journeyswiththemessiah.org/
I managed to figure out that it works on Twenty Sixteen and even my main theme, but not the child-theme I’m using! What could this mean? Where do I go to fix this?
Narrowed my issue down to missing code in my child theme’s footer. Don’t know if that helps anyone at all, but it wasn’t plugin related in the end. Switching themes to see if the problem persists is always a good idea. I’ll remember that for next time.
