can’t get blog GRRRRRRRR

I appeared to successfully apply for a blog but I never got the email. I refreshed the register page and was told I couldn’t use the username I had chosen. So i chose another one, and it told me the email was already taken- probably because only part of my registration was successful. For a while I could access my blog PAGE interestingly (“kendoka”) and THEN it metamorphosed into a blog called “Diplomacy” *by* “kendoka”. I AM NOT IMPRESSED!!! How do I get my blog?!
