I really cannot understand how you are “highly disappointed & upset” about not receive an answer to a free plugin in 6 hours…

Reviews like this really hurt me, this plugin, and the entire WordPress community. I spent months coding this plugin, only to get a 2 star review from you because I don’t sit waiting to answer free questions all day long.
I like the plug-in very much its an ideal product for many and myself. I’m not bashing the product in anyway, its technology and things happen. The fact that the original topic has been unanswered for months. That fact is disappointing for any user, regardless of the opinion of payment status. If your busy or whatever the case that’s completely understandable, but 3 months with a problem and no response acknowledging the situation is what my review is geared toward.
I’ll be more than happy to update my review, but I’m speaking for others before me that seemingly figured it out alone or just didn’t speak out on it. So, don’t take it as a personal shot about the plugin, its a great product. I just need the last few finishing touches fixed to launch my event and get what I need from it to be a Pro level user on the next one.

Topics like emails not sending is a pretty complex issue that many things can effect. I replied to the other thread, hopefully we can resolve your issue.
