On the add-ons page, if I click more details, they ALL come back with plugin not found. If I click on get this addon or pass, it gets whited out and nothing happens.

Looks like your issue comes from a theme or plugin conflict, have you tried to perform a conflict test?
There is an explanation about how to perform this: https://gamipress.com/docs/troubleshooting/theme-and-plugins-conflict-test/

I had tried switching themes and disabling plugins.

Actually, what doesn’t work are PREMIUM Add-Ons and Assets. The other ones work. I’ll just go to the links.
