• This plugin doesn’t work and I’ve been told I’m entitled to a refund. Each time I get told not to post on the forum for a refund, but get no reply from the email I’m given to process a refund. I went for the full package of plugins, so not a happy bunny. Spent hours and hours trying to get it to work!

    Again, this forum is for the lite version not the pro. We just can’t keep talking about it on this forums

    With the due respect, the rating you’ve left is not related to the lite version. If you’ve already sent an email explaining why you would like to get a refund and if it qualifies for a refund there shouldn’t be any issues.

    We don’t offer full package of plugins, just one. I think there might be a misunderstanding here.

    You’re correct – just the one and my refund has been processed because it didn’t work.
