can't get a header image to show up

    I go to Theme Options, and click browse for header image, and I select the image I want, wait for it to upload, then I click “Insert into post” and then the browse button goes away, and there’s a link that says “remove upload” but there’s no picture there. I save changes, refresh the site and my header image isn’t there.
