# Can’t generate feed

 * I’m trying to generate a feed for facebook and it freezes at 10%. I have been
   trying to do this for a few months since my original feed was not sending information
   correctly to facebook and I had to delete it. Please help.

   me know the below info:
 * 1. What is your server PHP execution time?
    2. Have you changed the Product Per
   Batch value from Woo Feed > Settings? If changed then what is the current value?
   3. Go to WooCommerce > Status and click on the Logs tab. Then check if any fatal
   error found about our plugin.

 * 1. I increased my PHP execution time. It was at 30
    2. The Product Per Batch 
   value is set at 200 3. I did not see any logs (debugging was turned off)
 * After increasing the PHP execution time, I was able to generate a new feed.

 * Hi, some problem. I increased the PHP execution time to 120 seconds, even 1000
   seconds, still can’t get it work.

 * It’s happening the same with me.
 * WooCommerce Version: 5.0.0 – You are using the latest version of WooCommerce.
 * Total Products: WP Query: 11
    WC Product Query: 11 Both Query: 11
 * Product Total by Types.
 * ☞ Simple Product: 11
 * Product Per Batch: 200
 * PHP Version: 7.3.24 – Ok
 * PHP Time Limit: 600
 * Memory Limit: 1G
 * Multi Language Site: No
 * Multi Currency Site: No
 * WP DEBUG Status: WP_DEBUG is false. If you having any issue with the plugin then
   set WP_DEBUG to true so that you can find the issue from logs. You can learn 
   more about debugging in WordPress from here.
 * WP CRON: Ok
 * Upload Directory: Ok – Writable.
 * Cache Plugin Installed: WP Super Cache plugin is installed on your site. Please
   make sure that feed file URL or directory is excluded from caching. If not excluded,
   your feed file may not be updated instantly after feed update. Please read this
   doc about: How to exclude feed file URL or Directory from caching?
 * WordPress Multi Site: No
