# Can’t Fully Delete

 * I was looking for a free exit popup plugin and a blog suggested popup maker. 
   I installed it to discover, however, that it is not free for exit popups. I immediately
   deleted the plug in but when I am logged into WP I can see a menu item for it.
   I cannot seem to fully delete this item but it MUST go. It is leaving a black
   popup form on my page that is completely interrupting the site. Please help, 
   I need to remove this asap. Thank you in advance.

   plugin that simply isn’t possible. That just isn’t how the WP plugin system works.
   That said it sounds like you have page caching enabled on your server/site. You
   likely need to purge/clear that for others to see the changes.
