Can't Format the Results Page (Tried Everything!!)

I have copied ‘acps_results’ and ‘acps_results_loop’ into my theme and child theme directory in multiple places to no avail.

I tried setting the results page to every page available within “settings” and tried every page template I (as well as creating custom page templates) and I cannot get the ‘results page’ to respond to any formatting change.

No matter which page or page template I output the results to it will completely disregard that page’s format and layout and replace it with no formatting or layout with the sidebar displaying left-aligned and underneath the footer (which is also unformatted).

Anyone else having these issues? Anyone have any ideas or helpful info? I really need this plugin for my business directory site but cannot for the life of me figure out what is wrong.
