# Can’t fix issue

 * I installed this plugin as it seems to be the only plugins that will do what 
   I would like, taking an editable pdf file and connecting it to an online form
   and return the pdf filled out. The plugin does work to create a new pdf file 
   that is filled out after someone fills out the form online using Gravity Forms
   but fails miserably in returning the form. You get a link that takes you basically
   nowhere and eventually back to the home page.
 * I put in a support request and they wanted Cpanel access to fix this as they 
   said it was an issue in the database. They wanted me to create a folder, which
   was already present and then to make a change to an entry in the database to 
   be to access the new pdf file. While this would work with forms already submitted,
   I can’t do this every time someone new fills out the form. In looking at other
   reviews, it seems that this is caused by an issue in the code but for some reason,
   they don’t want to fix this.
 * I would be very hesitant in using this plugin.
