Can’t find this plugin in the backend menus

    I have installed a plugin (Act Blue Contributions). I can’t find it after activating it. Not in the backend left menu. Not in widgets, not a TinyMCE type thing in text module. Not in Tools or Settings. Any other ideas where to look?
    Googled but no answers
    Also is not a theme conflict as I set it to twenty-twenty
