Check with your web host or their support site for info on how to connect with ftp.
Also see: http://codex.wordpress.org/FTP_Clients
Added from the link above to show correct ftp URL structure:
Your website ftp address (usually ftp://example.com if your URL is http://example.com)
The proper ftp url is the one iridiax stated above:
ftp://example.com
If you want to ftp from the command line it’s:
ftp your.ip.address.here
or you can always use a ftp client like filezilla.
Strange, Are you sure it’s not inside the “webspace/httpdocs” folder.
As said, I installed WP http://www.hotncoldphotography.com through the application vault offered by domain.com – it seems to work, but I can not find the LOCATION for the program folders.
Just to follow up, some more infos from my domain.com admin panel:

When I log into ftp I can’t find any of the wp-content folders, see my post above. Waiting for domain.com support to reply, but if you have any offers?! Should I re-load manually? Simply like to access my wp-content folders.
Which FTP client did you use?
Did you try with the file manager available in the Control panel?
S.K
I use Transmit for FTP.
In the domain.com control panel I find this under file manager, basically the same info I get through ftp-login:

index.html
index.wml

You may open a support ticket with your web host.

Thanks. Greetings from Dubai,
