    Hi,

    I added your plugin to get filtered the products and it seems to work well… but when you select the color from widget it says there are not any products available in this filter. In color selection it shows that there are products which match the color.

    Could you please help me to find the issue?

    I even bought the plugin and still it doesn’t fix this issue.

    Hi sinimaen,

    It looks like your issue might be related to the one here: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/color-filter-not-working-properly/.

    With that in mind, as a temporary workaround, you can try replacing the ewd-uwcf-js.js file (found in the “js” folder in the plugin files) with the one here:

    This will alter what’s displayed in the URL. It’s important to note that this is a temporary workaround and should be treated as such. It should allow the filtering to work, but it may have an effect on certain other features. As soon as we’re able to test and implement a solution that 100% does not affect any existing users or features, we’ll release it as part of an update.

    That being said, does updating that file correct the issue you were having?

    Hi,

    When will this update be rolling around? The fix you posted is not very effective, it doesn’t allow for the color and size filters to work together, doesn’t allow for more than 1 color or 1 size at a time to work in conjunction!

    We paid for this plugin and it’s disappointing that it hasn’t been updated in 5 months now!

    Is this already fixed? I have the exact same problem. Change of JS file does not fix the problem.
