[closed] Can't find style sheet for menu colors (9 posts)

    Hello all, please help! I installed a new theme and I've been editing it. I'm very new to CSS and the menu headings are all pink! (About, Contact us, etc). I need to be able to change their colors, but when I go to the editor, there is only one .css sheet (tons of php sheets) and it is very short:

    @import url(http://fonts.googleapis.com/css?family=Syncopate|PT+Sans+Narrow);
    @import url(media/css/my/reset.css);
    @import url(media/css/my/template.css);
    @import url(media/css/settings.css);
    @import url(media/css/button.css);
    @import url(media/css/icons.css);
    @import url(media/css/widget.css);
    @import url(media/css/blog.css);
    @import url(media/css/comments.css);
    @import url(media/css/forms.css);
    @import url(media/css/main.css);
    @import url(media/css/under-construction.css);
    /* WORDPRESS */
        margin:0px 25px 14px 0px;
        margin:0px 0px 14px 25px;
        display: block;
        margin-left:auto !important;
        margin-right:auto !important;
    	text-align: center;
        background: rgba( 30,30,30,0.97 );;
        max-width: 99%;
        min-width: 220px;
        padding: 20px;
        border-top-left-radius: 5px;
        border-top-right-radius: 5px;
        border-bottom-right-radius: 5px;
        border-bottom-left-radius: 5px;
        margin: 10px 0px;
        border-color: rgb( 25, 25, 25) rgb(21, 21, 21) rgb( 21, 21 , 21 );
        border-width: 1px;
        border-style: solid;
        box-shadow: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.14902) 0px 1px 3px;
        visibility: visible;
        margin-top: 0px !important;
        margin-top: 0px !important;
        margin-right: 0px !important;
        margin-left: 0px !important;

    How do I change the menu titles to any color other than pink? And on that note, how to change other font colors as well. I know I should create a child theme, but isn't that just for ADDing CSS, there were parts of the theme (like comments and stuff) that I had to delete to clean it all up.

    Try using Firefox with the Firebug add-on for this kind of CSS troubleshooting. Or use whatever developer tool is available in your web browser.

    That doesn't help. I can "inspect element" but I still don't know where to go from there, sorry. Will it be in the theme files? Should I access it from the GoDaddy side?

    Do you know how to use CSS?

    The problem is that there's only one CSS file that I have access to from the "editor" and I posted it above. It has no info how font styles or classes

    What theme are you using? Where did you download it from?

    The theme is "my lovely theme" and I downloaded it from wordpress. You can find it by going to appearance->themes->add new-> search for "my lovely theme"
