Can’t find Stripe API keys

My client and I are about to give up on this site if we can’t figure out how to take payments. This is the same site I was trying to link PayPal with back in October. We abandoned that approach because we couldn’t figure out what the problem with PayPal was, so we decided to go with Stripe, but we can’t find all the keys we need. When my client installed the Forminator app on her account, it generated two more keys, in addition to the two keys generated by her account already. Now it seems the secret key can only be viewed once, and we can’t access it again. It looks like we have two keys, but where do we find the other two?

Hi @bobdavcav

I hope you are doing well and sorry to hear you are having this hard time.

You don’t need to configure it manually, instead the easiest flow is to enable the Stripe plugin: https://wpmudev.com/docs/wpmu-dev-plugins/forminator/#connect-to-stripe, https://marketplace.stripe.com/apps/forminator-stripe-app

You will need to generate it for Live and Sandbox key but upon enabling the extension it will give you the proper keys.

Okay, there was another reply here where someone said they couldn’t find the test keys. We’re having the same problem. All we can see is the live keys.

The easiest would be to connect via app as mentioned here:

In case you have issues with the above method, then please do let us know what you notice on your side with a screenshot.

However, your query is more specific to Stripe if you are looking to find the keys. You can try accessing this URL for the test keys:
