    Hi Euan01,

    Have you tried testing for a plugin conflict? To do so, you’d deactivate all of your plugins except for Exchange and then see if your products show. If they do, reactivate your other plugins one at a time, testing Exchange each time to see which plugin is creating the conflict.

    Give that a try and let us know how it goes.

    Hi Elise,

    I have tested all plugins, nothing is causing the conflict that I can see.

    I am still having the issue – my products are not showing in my product list.

    Any advice?
