You should look into your error log to find out what error it shows. That’ll help in sorting out the issue

Then maybe you need to contact your host for this. Without the error info, its just impossible to guess what would’ve been causing the problem.
Else, just as orlovsky said, Backup your files and re-install WordPress. That may solve.
