Can’t find Direct PRO contact form

    Hi Samuel,

    I have been unable to located the Direct Pro contact form on WordPress.

    I am also still having issues with the subpages opening on my menu. I have it active on my site so you could take a look.

    Hi @epena

    After activating your license, the contact form is on the Fullscreen options->Support 🙂

    If you don’t have that menu yet, please download the PRO version on the “My Account” Page and install the PRO plugin package.

    Regarding the issue, I think we’re facing an incompatibility between your theme and the plugin.

    On the Contact Form Support, please provide me the login credentials. I will check it for you! 🙂

    I’m trying to create a login for you on WordPress but I would need an email. Would you please email me at epena@speros.com. We’ve installed the pro version already and literally cannot find the contact form anywhere.

    Hi Samuel,

    I am having the same issue – I have purchased the lifetime pro version and don’t see the support form at all. I am having an issue with the submenu items – I have the menu set to display all at once but now you have to double click on the submenu items in order for them to take you to the pages.
