Can't find admin page so therefore can no longer sign in,.shows white blank page

    My wordpress was designed by my webdesigner. I have been using it since last May without any problems. This year I just started adding in widgets. I was adding a new post yesterday and when I click save draft button the screen would go to a white blank screen. Right before I signed out the save button would no longer function so I sent the link to my web designer who changed the link on all the pages but now I can’t find the admin page to login and she doesn’t know how to find it either.

    Later after getting frustrated I thought perhaps signing out and restarting my computer would help but then I couldn’t find the blog anymore. I googled it under naturelle exchange and found it. The old wp login page that I saved on my desktop is not working, I get the same blank white screen when I try to login on the admin page that I was previously using http://sonaturelle.com/news_blog/wp-admin/post.php

    It seems the problems started after adding the twitter plugin..My blog page is http://sonaturelle.com/news_blog/ ..

    However, since I can’t login I can’t remove the twitter login.

    I am a newbie to using WordPress, so if you use any technical lingo I will not understand. Keep it simple, or I will send your reply to my webdesigner. My host is https://secure.elatomo.com/cs/

    Please help..

    I checked your site and I assume you wanted to log in into your WP site as an administrator, right?

    I do not know why you got the blank screen when you ‘save draft button’ but you could try uninstalling the twitter plugin and see what happens.

    Yes I would like to login in. When I enter my user name and password from the link that you just sent me, then click enter the next screen I get is blank & white, I have two admin and both are doing the same thing working.

    Try this, I do not know if it will work.

    Do you have access to cPanel or other control panel for your website (not WP admin panel)?

    Assuming that WP is installed in http://sonaturelle.com/news_blog/ directory, go to http://sonaturelle.com/news_blog/wp-content/plugins/ and find the Twitter directory, may be named ‘twitter’. Rename it to something else like ‘twiterold’. I have not used twitter and there are many twitter plugins.

    You might restore everything as if you had not used the twitter plugin. If this works try a different twitter plugin. Search internet for recommended twitter plugin.

    If this does not work, ie some files need to be removed, there will be an error message on your screen. copy it and let me see what it says.

    Ok, I just sent this message to my web designer who also set up the host service. We do have a cPanel I try not to use it except for editing my website. I will let you know what happens.

    I did change the link on all the pages, that’s why it’s working now… As far of the admin log in page I can’t help you with that.. Maybe you should send an email to tech support on WordPress to see if they can help you with the issue.

    I’m almost positive it would need an installation of the WordPress files into the server again… Hope not because that would mean you would have to start inputting the info again on the blog.. Hope there’s an easier solution, but having no idea what started this problem makes it harder to give it a quick solution.

    What are your thoughts Peter, I have put to much work into the blog so far. Is there a way to get the admin page back? The other pages are up as you can see http://sonaturelle.com/news_blog/ . The problem is that when I put in my user name in the admin page that you sent http://sonaturelle.com/news_blog/wp-login.php it goes white/blank when I click enter.
