Can't find "Add new table"

So far, very basic problem. I just cannot find the “add new table” list in the dashboard.
My grasp on creating my website is pretty basic, so takes me a bit of effort to get this going.
I am looking to make just a very simple, with monthly data, two sources, so a very simple bar graph. All help welcomed.
