# Can’t finalise integration

 * Hello,
 * I get the following error when trying to complete the setup woocommerce/klaviyo:
 * “Your Authentication credentials have expired or are invalid. Please restart 
   the integration process.”
 * We encountered an error while attempting to establish an integration between 
   WooCommerce and Klaviyo. To resolve, [please review the troubleshooting steps outlined in our Help Center](https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/115005255808-How-to-Integrate-with-WooCommerce#troubleshooting7).
 * Details: Unable to access API with credentials specified.[](https://www.klaviyo.com/dashboard)
 * I am correctly logged in to my admin panel in woocommerce and to my Klaviyo account.
 * (Please note I can’t create a support ticket as my account is free and over 6
   month old)

   to see if any of those help with your situation?

 * If none of those work, please share your **public** API key (you can follow this

   The public key is around 6 characters at the top of the screen. Thanks!

 * Thank you for your quick reply!
 * I have tried following the instructions in the linked tickets, checked that the
   API had read/write privileges, tried deleting the plugin and revoking the keys
   before trying again. Sadly the issue persists.
