# can’t export

 * Hello! I’m trying to export my pileofsassy.com wordpress and then import it to
   pileofsassy.wordpress.com
 * unfortunately, everytime I try to export at pileofsassy.com/wp-admin/export.php
   I get the same error message:
 * Page Load Error
    File Not Found
 * Firefox can’t find the file at [http://www.pileofsassy.com/wp-admin/export.php?author=all&submit=Download+Export+File&download=true](http://www.pileofsassy.com/wp-admin/export.php?author=all&submit=Download+Export+File&download=true).
 *  * Could the item have been renamed, removed, or relocated?
    * Is there a spelling,
   capitalization, or other typographical error in the address? * Do you have sufficient
   access permissions to the requested item?
 * I also get an error if I try to do it in IE.
 * Any ideas?

 * Fix = Increase Memory on host.
 * Add this to your .htaccess file.
 *     ```
       php_value max_execution_time 200
       php_value max_input_time 200
       php_value memory_limit 256M
       ```
