    Hi MikedeVries, can you check that Store Exporter is de-activated and that Store Exporter Deluxe is using the latest release. If the Export Orders option is not available then it looks like the basic Store Exporter is still running, we’ve split the Plugin now so you no longer need to maintain two Plugins in sync.

    That was indeed exactly the probleem. We had the old Store Exporter active.
    Problem solved.
