 * Could you please clarify what exactly isn’t working for you when you click the
   Export As JSON button? We need more detailed information about your issue. Please
   send screenshots of your interface.

 * Nothing happens when I click “Export as JSON”. I expected a download containing
   the JSON settings file to start.
   I have tested this in both Firefox and Chrome,
   and also asked a friend to try it on a different PC, but the issue persists.Could
   you please let me know where the JSON files are stored after export? I checked
   my local Downloads folder but did not find any file.

 * The thing is, when you click the button, the generated JSON file automatically
   starts downloading, and the browser downloads it to the folder configured on 
   your computer. If nothing happens when you click the button, there may be a JavaScript
   conflict with other applications on your site. You need to check the console 
   for any errors. To do this, press F12 and check for errors in the Console section.
   Provide us with a screenshot.

 * That’s very strange. There are no errors in your console. Perhaps some other 
   plugins are conflicting with ours. We’ll need to test that!

 * Well, I copied the settings manually from filter to filter for now.
 * Here is my plugin list, in case this helps.
 * I also really want to thank you for your quick help, including your support on
   my other posts. In general, I think the filter YMC plugin is very good.
