    Hi, Michael

    It seems to be stuck for a moment when I’m expanding the faq, and when I collapse the faq it just disapear directly without animation effect.
    Maybe the CSS is not working?
    Same iusse on the smart phone.

    Here’s the site: https://zzlake.com/faqtest

    I didn’t modified anything, as well as the basic setting.
    Any help would be appreciated.

    regards
    Dennis

    Hi Dennis

    Try de-activating all the other plugins. Does the animation work okay now?

    If so re-activate the other plugins one at a time and test the FAQ animation each time. See when the problem re-occurs. Let me know which plugin causes the problem to re-occur.

    Hi, Michael

    When I de-activate all the other plugins, the problem is still there. No animation appeared.
    It seems that it’s not a plugin conflict, is there something wrong with my theme?

    many thanks
    Dennis

    Hi Dennis

    Possibly, try changing the theme to one of the standard themes such as twenty-sixteen. Let me know how you get on with that.

    Hi, Michael

    I’m afraid I’m going to uninstall this plugin. Because I like the theme I currently use, and I don’t wanna change it.
    No solution for now. Maybe I’ll reuse the plugin after I solved my problem someday.
    Thank you anyway.

    Hi, again

    I figure it out just now.

    The following line in my theme’s CSS cause the problem:
    *,:after,:before{
    transition:all .3s;
    }
    When I comment out this CSS and everything works very well:)
