This issue usually occurs to database encoding settings, could you please ensure all the ‘pmpro’ tables have UTF-8 set.
This should solve your problem.

but all the ‘pmpro’ tables is latin1_swedish_ci !
how can I do to change the code ??
You should be ale to adjust the columns to UTF8, your host should be able to assist you with this.
