I cannot physically enter the credit card details in live mode (cannot type in anything), but can successfully enter the credit card details in test mode. – Thanks
Is https in development mode?
You need https (SSL certificate) for STRIPE live to work.

Please try clearing the site cache from the server-side.

We don’t have any cache plugin on the website.
I contacted the hosting company and they say the Server cache is cleared quite regularly, and that wouldn’t affect the ability to enter credit card details on the website.
Any other suggestions please?
