 * In the WordPress.org plugin directory, this plugin’s Description says, “Top &
   Bottom positioning” and the header image shows the notification bar at the top
   of the page. However, on the plugin’s settings page, the radio button for “Top”
   is disabled.

 * That’s a horrible page. It does not delineate what is in the free WordPress repo
   plugin and what is in the “premium” version.
 * Can you please update that? The plugin guidelines are pretty clear about bait
   and switch (see item #5).
